“SAYER, IN A BLOGSHELL”
Well I just got back form my first trip to Boston. Being that I shared an Apartment with my good friend “Boston” Ben Burnes for a few years, it felt as if I was home in a weird sort of way. While Ben was not around (hes in Africa) to show me the sites I did get to go to a Red Sox game in honor of his absence. NOOO-MAAA! I yelled though I’m not sure he (Nomar Garciaparra) is still on the team. Being in that stadium was like being at the heart of American baseball fans. True heart is poured into every game. Old men that can hardly even walk are shouting and shaking their AM radios the opposing team. The entire place shrouded in reds, navy blues, and this time around bright green for the basketball fans fresh off a win. I didnt know whither to love it or loath it… well who cares give me a Fenway Dog and I’m good.

After the fun and games it was off to work… with fun and games. This time around the mission was to go to Providence RI with pro bowl player Matt Light of the Patriots to romp around in the wilderness with him and his friends. We came up with a Triathlon of sorts for these Giants to head-off with eachother in a “may the best man win” game. Needless to say there was plenty of trash talking, gun firing, arrow shooting, and vehicle rolling. All of course I caught on film for Kawasaki.
The most surprising of the journey was to learn more about Matt and his fellow pro-bowlers. They are all really nice funny dudes, but they also share something in common with me. They really could give a shit about football, and most mainstream sports for that matter. They have a job to do. They go out there and do it well and spend the rest of there time with their families or hunting. “I never saw a super bowl until I was in one” he said to a curious co-worker. And thats all he said about football. I like that. He’s a good guy and he is smart about what he does.

This weekend I threw down an idea I have had for a while now. It’s a series of commercials with rollerblading as the underline theme. I cant say much more about it other then I enlisted the help of many good friends for there help and this thing is gunna be huge. Check out some shots from the set. Stay tuned.
