I’m working full time doing some exciting stuff. And creating lots of new projects. I will have some great additions to my sites this year. Lets talk soon…

So Billy and I have been filming our great friends in The fling band for quite some time now. Well last night after much revision and foresight Billy launched there first video under his new AnchorTapes project. Now its not their official music video or anything, but a sampling of whats to come. I filmed them on tour and we gave them a camera on there last adventure to give a glimpse into what is shaping up to be history in the making. All in antisipation for our official music video in the works and planing. These guys are a great band and are great friends to match. please watch the video Billy and I made.

For the last 6 months I have been traveling around the country and sometimes out of the country shooting for Kawasaki. Here are some videos from the bunch that are now live on their website as well (in better quality). Keep in mind Kawasaki has a very large legal team thus some of my usual editing antics have been removed. Thats why I’m working on my own Reel. During the filming of these machines we:
• 20 foot launch to nose dive. Blowing out the back tires.
• One tree broke through the floor boards
• Rolled 2 (one by me) machines
• Broke 3 cameras, and one lens
• Killed 2 turkeys
It was worth it Enjoy!

The newest edition to the Killslayer household came in a pair. A massive HVX-200A and a baby SD100 from Panasonic. With the high demands of keeping up in this camera game my employers agreed that taking it to the next level was the right path to go. So no more tapes. Im tired of them, plus memory is so cheep right now.

As you can see I already tricked out “the baby” with a fresh monopod handle (idea from dan jensen) and some wood paneling.

Have a look at this beautifully designed car. Use of materials with form meeting function seamlessly. Lets hope this thing ends up on the road.

Coming soon from the film lovers at Japan’s Superheadz, the blackbird, fly is a twin-lens reflex camera that fits right into the old school film trend and has great design. The best part is this puppy shoots 35mm film (not 120) and is going to be less then a hundred bucks. Now I’ll have to carry 6 formats of camera everywhere I go.
